He graduated from Xavier University, cum laude, in 1973 and from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1976. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Federal courts.

Mr. Faller has the ability to evaluate your criminal case from the perspective of having experience on both sides – as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He was an assistant Hamilton County prosecutor from 1978 -1982.
