Criminal defense attorney Raymond T. Faller has been in practice in the Cincinnati area since 1976. He was born in Cincinnati. He graduated from Xavier University, cum laude, in 1973 and from the University of Cincinnati College of law in 1976. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Federal courts.
Mr. Faller has the ability to evaluate your case from the perspective of having experience on both sides - as a prosecutor and defense attorney. He was a Hamilton County Prosecutor from 1978-1982.
Mr. Faller is currently the President of the Greater Cincinnati Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
Elizabeth D. Gillespie:
Raymond T. Faller is joined by his associate, Elizabet D. Gillespie. Ms. Gillespie offers a fresh perspective on the practice of criminal law. With an understanding and familiarity of the newest technology, the internet and challenges faced by college students and young adults, she is eager to fight for you.
Ms. Gillespie grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. She graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, with Departmental Honors. She attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law, at Northern Kentucky University. She lives in Cincinnati and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.
